1. Research Use Only — Binding Acknowledgment

ALL products sold by Arcova Labs LLC ("Arcova Labs," "we," "us," "our") are designated Research Use Only (RUO) and are intended exclusively for laboratory research, in vitro scientific experimentation, and academic study by qualified researchers. These products are NOT approved, intended, or suitable for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use of any kind.

By completing a purchase, you irrevocably represent, warrant, and agree that: (a) you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or act on behalf of a licensed research institution; (b) the products will be used solely for lawful in vitro research purposes; (c) you will not administer, ingest, inject, or otherwise introduce these products into any human or animal body; (d) you will not resell or redistribute these products for human use; and (e) you understand and accept that any other use is strictly prohibited and releases Arcova Labs from all liability.

2. Not FDA Approved — Regulatory Disclaimer

Arcova Labs products have not been evaluated, reviewed, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other federal, state, or international regulatory agency for safety, efficacy, or any intended use. These products are not drugs, dietary supplements, food products, cosmetics, or medical devices as defined by applicable law. Arcova Labs is not a licensed pharmacy, compounding pharmacy (503A or 503B), or medical provider of any kind.

3. Assumption of Risk & Sole Responsibility

You expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) the purchase and use of research peptides carries inherent risk; (b) you assume full and sole responsibility for any and all risks associated with your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of these products; (c) Arcova Labs has no control over how purchased products are used after delivery; and (d) any misuse of these products is entirely your responsibility and Arcova Labs bears no liability whatsoever for such misuse.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to purchase from Arcova Labs. By placing an order you confirm these requirements are met. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or void any order where we have reasonable belief that products may be used for non-research purposes, without liability to the buyer.

5. Buyer's Sole Responsibility for Legal Compliance

Research peptides are subject to varying regulations across federal, state, and international jurisdictions. It is solely and exclusively the buyer's responsibility to determine the legality of purchasing, possessing, and using these compounds in their jurisdiction before placing an order. Arcova Labs makes no representations regarding the legal status of any product in any jurisdiction. By purchasing, you confirm the products are legal in your jurisdiction and you hold Arcova Labs harmless from any legal consequences arising from your purchase or use.

6. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this website — including product descriptions, research summaries, dosage information, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a recommendation for human use. Arcova Labs is not a licensed healthcare provider. All content is provided for informational and research reference purposes only. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on anything you read on this website.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARCOVA LABS LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, including but not limited to: personal injury, death, property damage, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other damages arising from or related to the purchase, possession, handling, use, or misuse of any product sold by Arcova Labs, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or Arcova Labs was advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in any matter arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific product.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arcova Labs LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of any product; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any claim by a third party resulting from your actions.

9. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in USD. Payment is due at time of order. Arcova Labs reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Orders may be cancelled at our sole discretion if pricing errors occur.

10. Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States only. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days. Arcova Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages seized by law enforcement or customs due to the buyer's failure to comply with applicable laws.

11. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research compounds and chain-of-custody integrity requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If a product does not match its COA specifications or is damaged in transit, contact contact@arcovalabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement determination at our sole discretion.

12. Certificate of Analysis

Every batch is independently tested by a third-party laboratory. COAs include HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and contamination panel results. COAs reflect the tested batch only and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any purpose.

13. Privacy Policy

We collect name, email, and shipping address solely for order fulfillment. We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only as required with payment processors and shipping carriers. We may retain order records as required by law.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Minnesota under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms

Arcova Labs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Arcova Labs LLC is not a licensed compounding pharmacy and does not operate under 503A or 503B compounding regulations. We do not require prescriptions, and our products are not manufactured for patient-specific use. Researchers seeking compounded peptides for clinical administration should work with a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy under physician supervision.
